Are There Any Contraindications?
Subjects with disorders like active localised or systemic infections, compromised immune system, coagulation disorders and/or use of aspirin, cortisone, heparin, and elevated photosensitivity as well as pregnant patients should not be treated. Note: Plasmalite ® has NOT been tested on any of the following conditions. Therefore, these conditions should not be considered for treatment. -Over dark moles - Psoriasis -Diabetes - Eczema or Dermatitis -Skin cancer - Porphyria (Photo-sensitivity)

Is There Any Thing Else I Should Be Aware Of?
Some people are more sensitive to light than others. Therefore, it is important that the client is completely honest when filling out the assessment form. Test patching is necessary to check the clients suitability for treatment. Please note, however, that the test patch result will not necessarily be the same as the result after the completion of the treatment. The client should avoid exposure to the sun and sun beds for 4 weeks before and after treatment.
